Short answer
What is Urbania?
Urbania is an interactive atlas built around Tbilisi. Its central workflow is selecting a place on the map, comparing layers and reading a source-backed parcel passport.
The map is the workspace
A code, address or point starts the same investigation. Beside the selected parcel, read available zoning, registry records and architecture cases; then measure, draw or ask AI a focused question.
What the project is not
It is not a promise of comprehensive nationwide coverage, a property-listing marketplace or an authority that grants permits. Missing sources and incomplete coverage remain part of the investigation.
Public guide and signed-in workspace
Public pages are readable in Georgian and English without an account. Atlas uses the existing sign-in system and currently has a Georgian interface. Switching these public pages does not translate the Atlas workspace.
This guide is not a parcel assessment, a current registry extract or a building permit.
