Urbania help and reporting a problem

Use Atlas help or send a safe technical report. Learn what to include when search, a passport, a layer or a project attachment does not work as expected.

Guide reviewed: Editorial date — not a parcel-data update.

Short answer

How should I report a problem to support?

Describe the step where you stopped, what you expected and what actually appeared. Include the browser and device type; redact non-public information from any screenshot.

Try the relevant check first

  • Search — verify the code and let the current request finish.
  • Layer — zoom in and check visibility and opacity.
  • Passport — confirm the current selection and source status.
  • PDF — check synchronization state and retry.

Where to find help

Atlas includes its own help section. You can also open the separate Urbania support page linked below. This guide does not guarantee that service’s availability or response time.

Keep the report safe

Do not send passwords, personal identifiers, session or authorization data, API keys or complete private documents. Reproduction steps and a redacted screenshot are often enough for a technical report.

Sources and their roles

  • Urbania Support

Separate support service. Do not send passwords, personal identifiers or session data; no response-time guarantee is made here.

This guide is not a parcel assessment, a current registry extract or a building permit.
