Getting started with Urbania

Enter the Tbilisi Atlas, locate a place, open its passport and use source statuses to check what the returned information actually establishes.

Short answer

How do I open my first parcel?

Open Atlas, sign in and search for a code or address. After selecting a result, check its location before opening the parcel passport.

Complete one research cycle

  1. Open Atlas and use the existing sign-in flow.
  2. Enter a cadastral code or address; without either, use point identification on the map.
  3. Compare the result’s code, address and outline with the intended site.
  4. Enable relevant layers and open the full passport from the selected parcel card.
  5. Read each record together with its source and status; keep unresolved questions separate.

Working on a phone

Search and layers are available from the map controls; measurements, drawings and additional tools are under More (მეტი). This public guide is bilingual, while the Atlas interface is currently Georgian.
