It is a signed-in, map-based research workspace for Tbilisi. Conclusions about a parcel need the returned source evidence, not only a short heading or a map colour.

Which city is Urbania built for?
Urbania Atlas is built around Tbilisi’s parcels, planning and urban context. The map may show other places, but that does not mean the same data coverage is available across Georgia.
Do I need a cadastral code?
No. Inside Atlas you can search an address or place, or choose a point on the map. An address result is a location candidate; the associated parcel still needs to be selected and checked.
Do I need to sign in?
Yes, to use the Atlas workspace. The public guide needs no account. If you enter a cadastral code here, it is passed to Atlas through the existing sign-in or registration route.
Why can a parcel show several zones?
A parcel can intersect more than one zone. Atlas retains the returned intersections. Residential and other development-oriented zones can appear first, but display order does not remove another zone’s restrictions.
Why are some coefficients or documents missing?
A source may be unavailable, a subzone may not be established, or a document may not yet be ready. A general residential label alone is not enough to assign K1/K2/K3. Missing information is not zero, approval or proof of no restriction.
Does the passport replace an official document?
No. It helps you read available records together. Check the relevant official documents and applicable conditions before a decision. Reference calculations and AI answers are not construction permission.
Is the Atlas interface also in English?
This public guide is available in Georgian and English. The existing Atlas workspace interface is currently Georgian; changing this page’s language does not translate the Atlas.
