Missing zoning, K values or parcel data

What to check when a passport shows a general zone but lacks coefficients, geometry, registry records or files. Missing evidence must stay unknown.

Short answer

Why is a residential zone shown without K values?

A general residential category does not identify a numbered subzone. Without a source-backed subzone and applicable rule, K1/K2/K3 must remain unknown, not zero or an assumed value.

Check the evidence chain

  1. Confirm the passport’s cadastral code and the current selection.
  2. Check whether geometry and an exact zone code were returned.
  3. Read the source status: still loading, partial or unverified.
  4. Let the current request finish and retry once.
  5. If the issue persists, send support the steps and a redacted screenshot.

Different gaps have different causes

A disabled layer, zoom restriction, timeout and incomplete official record are not equivalent. A PDF awaiting synchronization does not mean the case does not exist; absent geometry does not establish absent registration.
