URBANIA / TBILISI ATLAS

Select a parcel on the map

Identify a parcel from a point on the Tbilisi map. Compare overlapping candidates and distinguish a selected location from a verified cadastral boundary.

Guide reviewed: Editorial date — not a parcel-data update.

Short answer

Can I find a parcel without its code?

Yes. Use point identification in Atlas and compare the returned candidates. Clicking the map starts a lookup; it does not certify a legal boundary.

From a point to a passport

  1. Zoom to the intended site and activate identification; right-click is also available on Web.
  2. Wait for the response and inspect the outlines associated with that point.
  3. If several records appear, compare their codes, types and locations.
  4. Select the corresponding parcel and open its passport.

What can overlap a point

A point can lie within a parcel, a building and several thematic layers. These are different objects. Collapsing a panel does not necessarily clear your selection; check the current code again before starting a different investigation.
