What does someone receive through a parcel link?

The link passes a cadastral code to Atlas. The recipient may need to sign in, after which data is looked up again. It is not a certified or time-frozen copy of a passport.

Before sharing

  1. Confirm the current cadastral code in the passport.
  2. Use parcel-link sharing or an Atlas address containing the code.
  3. Tell the recipient what to investigate rather than sending only a broad conclusion.
  4. When reopening, check source dates and statuses again.

Share the parcel, not the account

Do not add passwords, session information, private document contents or non-public records to a link. A code in the address bar can remain in browser history. Sending a colleague a parcel link should not give them access to your account.
