What does the cadastral field on the homepage check?

It checks the code’s format and passes it to Atlas. Accepting the format does not verify a parcel’s existence, area, ownership or zoning.

Use the parcel identifier

For example, 01.14.03.021.045 illustrates the format; it is not a parcel report verified on this page. Use a land-parcel code, not an extended apartment or internal-unit identifier.

  1. Enter the complete dot-separated code and continue to Atlas.
  2. After sign-in, check that the same code reached the search.
  3. Verify the location and returned geometry before selecting the result.
  4. Check registered facts in the passport’s Registry chapter.

When no result returns

Valid syntax, source availability and available geometry are separate questions. An empty response does not establish that a parcel does not exist. Wait for the request, retry and retain PARTIAL or UNKNOWN when evidence is missing.
