Architecture applications and project records

Read TAS cases, decisions, PDFs and project materials in Urbania. Compare case identifiers, parcel identity and the actual scope of each decision.

Guide reviewed: Editorial date — not a parcel-data update.

Short answer

Does a project record mean there is a building permit?

Not necessarily. An application, decision and attachment are different records. An approval must be interpreted within the specific case, stage and document contents.

What to compare in Projects

  • Case or AR identifier and cadastral code.
  • Decision type, outcome and date.
  • Address and object stated in the document.
  • Readiness or synchronization status of PDFs and images.

Read the complete document first

Open available PDFs and attachments. One project image cannot replace a decision’s conditions. The most recent record may concern a different stage, rather than replacing an earlier permit in full.

When a file is missing

A case entry can be visible before its attachment has been retrieved. Wait for its status or retry; do not infer the contents of an unverified attachment.
