Short answer
Where can I find registration, ownership and burdens?
The full passport’s Registry chapter shows available records from NAPR for the selected parcel. Before drawing a conclusion, check the code, document date, source and completeness.
A practical reading order
- Compare the cadastral codes in the passport and extract.
- Distinguish land, buildings and registered internal units.
- Read ownership shares separately from burden records.
- Open the complete document and verify its date and scope.
Incomplete is not a negative fact
An empty registry panel does not mean there is no owner or burden. A partially retrieved document must remain PARTIAL. This public guide does not publish individual people’s records; redact non-public information before sharing anything with support.
