Short answer
How do I find a parcel’s zone?
Select the parcel, enable functional zoning and open the passport’s Zoning chapter. Check every returned zone and its coverage, not just the colour visible on the map.
What this group contains
Read functional zoning and the development contour together. A coloured polygon is the start of a check, not a construction approval.
- Functional zoning
- Development contour
Read it in Atlas
- Zoom until both the parcel outline and layer boundaries are legible.
- Compare the legend label with the zone code returned in the passport.
- Read each intersection separately when several zones are returned.
What the layer does not establish
A development contour is not automatically a red line. A residential label without a numbered subzone does not establish K values. Verify applicable conditions separately with the competent source.
A catalogue entry is not a live availability claim. Coverage, source status and loading errors are shown in Atlas.
