Short answer
Which zone applies when residential and transport zones both appear?
The passport should display every returned zone and its corresponding coverage. Showing a residential or building-oriented zone first is a presentation priority, not a legal cancellation of the other zone.
Primary does not mean full coverage
The main zone in the heading is a quick orientation cue. Check the area or percentage of each returned intersection separately; do not extend unknown coverage to the whole parcel.
- Compare the parcel outline with the functional zoning layer.
- Read the codes and sources of every zone returned in the passport.
- Distinguish intersection evidence from a general category label.
- Before using a coefficient, confirm the precise subzone and the appropriate calculation basis.
What this explanation does not establish
This page is not a current assessment of any cadastral identifier. Every returned zone means records obtained in the source response, not an exhaustive check of every possible restriction.
