Short answer
Does a building outline prove registration?
No. An outline is a spatial record. Registration is checked in the registry, while commissioning requires the corresponding evidence. These records do not replace one another.
What this group contains
Inspect building outlines and the available land-value, tax and commissioning layers. Layer records and registry facts have different sources.
- Building footprints
- Commissioned buildings
- Normative land price
- Land property tax
Read it in Atlas
- Compare the building outline with the land-parcel boundary.
- Check the object and available source behind a commissioning record.
- Distinguish land area, building footprint and floor area when reading measurements.
What the layer does not establish
Normative land price is not an asking price or market valuation. A property-tax layer does not establish an individual owner’s assessment or debt; this page does not calculate valuations or taxes.
A catalogue entry is not a live availability claim. Coverage, source status and loading errors are shown in Atlas.
